The combination of the diverse range of technical skills Sarah accrued via her work in IT support, as well as the training roles she held in the past, led her to create HHVA. As the Business Owner and Principal VA, Sarah is the “face” of the business and is supported by her multi-skilled team.

With over 20 years of administration expertise under her belt, Claire is a key part of the HHVA team. Her speciality areas include social media management and event management.
Claire’s high level of attention to detail makes her an organisational expert and her calm, professional phone manner make her a hit with our clients (and theirs!).[/one-half]
Kristy’s extensive sales & retail background, combined with her natural flair for admin & organisation makes her a great asset to the HHVA team. As with Sarah, Kristy is a bit of a jill-of-all-trades, and is involved in most of services our clients need.
Sarah’s contribution to the HHVA team centres around her writing skills. Definitely our most prolific writer, Sarah can turn her hand to writing everything from blogs to social media feed, grants to LinkedIn profiles.
Scott’s contribution to the HHVA team is his extensive experience in hardware, networking and telephony. He provides our client base with advice on choosing and configuring new equipment and finding their ideal service providers.
