What is a Virtual Assistant?

A resource that you can call on when you need to get the job done! Virtual Assistansts are the ultimate flexible workforce – contractors that are there for you when there’s too much work and not enough time and resources to do it with.

What hours are you available?

Our normal available hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. After hours, weekend or public holiday assistance is available but may attract a higher rate. Please contact us to discuss your requirements..

How much do you charge?

How do I share information with a Virtual Assistant?

Helping Hands VAs use OneDrive, Dropbox or Google drive for file sharing with customers and we can also work with your preferred supplier. If you use our file sharing system, only you and we will have access to your online files. If you’d prefer not to have your documents uploaded to cloud/online storage, we’ll find a solution that you’re comfortable with.

Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?

Absolutely! The confidentiality of our client’s data is of utmost importance to us. We will comply with any client procedures regarding privacy / confidentiality.

What are my payment options?

We accept direct deposit, credit card or PayPal payments.

What are the payment terms?

Our payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.

Do your team have security checks?

Our HHVA team have current Police checks.
